13. June 2018

In the first half of the year, numerous wild animals give birth to their young in the Zurich Wilderness Park. They are given their own personal day with the traditional Day of the Young Animals. Enjoy exciting insights into the lives of our youngest animals on Sunday, June 17. The program includes interesting short tours, information tables with furs and antlers to touch and animal crafting fun.

Our near-natural enclosures are currently home to wild boar pups, elk, sika and red deer calves, fawns in the ibex and roe deer enclosures, red fox pups and otter cubs in Sihlwald. Get a picture of the youngsters in our animal enclosures on Young Animal Day and look forward to meeting native wild animals at eye level.
