New landlord and landlady couple for the restaurant in Zurich Wilderness Park

Michelle and Remo Eschle have been successful in the Wildnispark Zürich's search for a host. From April 1, 2015, they will take over the operation of the two restaurants Langenberg and Sihlwald. The new hosts both have basic training as a chef and confectioner and have completed hotel management school. Remo Eschle is also a qualified hotel manager NDS-HF. Before joining Wildnispark Zürich, Michelle and Remo Eschle worked for various restaurants in and around Zurich. For the last 6 years, Remo Eschle has been in charge of gastronomy at Corvatsch Bergbahnen.

The Zurich Wilderness Park Foundation is convinced that in the new landlords and landladies it has found two experienced restaurateurs with a great deal of expertise in excursion gastronomy and is looking forward to the reopening of the two establishments. From April 1, guests can enjoy a creative symbiosis of classic Swiss and traditional Grisons cuisine in the Langenberg restaurant. In the Sihlwald restaurant by the visitor center, visitors can enjoy fresh salads and freshly prepared pasta variations. Until March 31, 2015, the Langenberg restaurant will be closed for renovation and refurbishment work and the Sihlwald restaurant will be closed for the winter break.
