On Mushroom Day on September 27, the stalls with fresh mushrooms offer a treat for all the senses. The selection, rich in color and shape, is a feast for the eyes and will amaze you with the variety of these creatures: they range from small dwindling mushrooms to giant bovids and from the dark strubbelkopf to the bare Krempling. Mushrooms with special scents are ready to be sniffed at. And for younger guests there are fun and exciting mushroom games such as memory, mushroom labyrinth and matching pictures. The event is free of charge and is supported by experts from the Thalwil and Horgen mushroom clubs.
