Immerse yourself in the world of mushrooms

"Mushrooms are a feast for the eyes and enchant with their original richness," says Susanne Hofmann, mushroom expert at the Zurich Wilderness Park Foundation. She and the experts from the Horgen Mushroom Association, which was present at the event, have a wealth of knowledge to share with other people about the wondrous world of mushrooms. The mushroom inspectors are happy to look experienced pickers in the basket and check the finds before they end up in the cooking pot.

At this varied event, the Wilderness Park Foundation also provides entertainment for the whole family with an exciting mushroom exhibition and games. Mushroom lovers will find selected specialist literature on the subject as well as woven baskets for their next forest walk in the store. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the grounds of the visitor center in Sihlwald and is free of charge.
